Our pasture raised chicken is a truly seasonal process - we raise delicious and flavourful meat birds in Autumn and Spring only when the weather is mild and the grass at its best. Our chickens live entirely on pasture in mobile structures that are moved to fresh grass every single day. In addition to their wild forage, they are given a high protein wholegrain feed that is milled in Victoria from Australian grown grain and legumes and is GM free. We do not use any hormones, antibiotics or animal derived feed. Taste the difference of a healthy and seasonal pasture raised chicken and pre-order yours today here.
