A Short Gluten Free Bread Workshop with Emily Sims

In this introductory workshop you will learn the art of making wholesome gluten free bread for yourself at home - including gluten free sourdough, artisan hand-shaped breads, hot cross buns, pizza dough and more. You will take home a jar of sourdough starter, recipe book and your delicious freshly baked goods. 

This 4.5-hour course is being held at Romsey Neighbourhood House, 96-100 Main Street, Romsey 3434, on Saturday September 23rd from 9.30am - 2pm. The cost is $75 per person.
